Alex Pesti
Alex has over 40 years experience in the mechanical pipework industries having work in Europe and various parts of Australia.
Some of the projects that he has been recently completed are as follows:
- Lakeside Shopping Centre, Joondalup – Chilled, heating & condenser water pipework.
- CSIRO Waterford - Chilled, heating, condenser water, and industrial gas pipework.
- Curtin University, Building 213, Bentley - Chilled & heating water pipework.
- ASC Submarine Maintenance Facility, Henderson – Industrial gas & compressed air pipework.
- Fleet Pier Project (Garden Island) - Fuel, Oil, Diesel and High pressure compressed air (44,000 Kpa).
Derek Shotton
Derek has been in the mechanical services industry for 38 years having worked in the UK, North Africa, Middle East, Singapore, Sydney and Perth.
During this time he has been responsible for the project management of numerous major projects some of these are as follows:
- Chifley Tower, Sydney – Air conditioning to a 47 Storey Office Building ($28M).
- HBF House, Murray Street, Perth – Refurbishment of the air conditioning systems to a 9 Storey Office building ($4M).
- Argyle Diamond Mine, Kununurra – Oil, grease & compressed air pipework upgrade/additions to the heavy vehicle workshop ($1M).
- Rio Tinto Yandi Mine – Oil, grease and compressed air pipework (including tanks, compressors and pump sets) to a new 6 bay heavy vehicle workshop ($2M).
- BHP Area C Mine, (Newman) – Bulk diesel fuelling facility ($1.5M).
